I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in May 2023 and am on leave. At the end of 2022, when I bought a record with 5 million yen in savings and made 4 credit cards, the repayment amount was huge and I became a multiple debtor. I had a debt of 2 million yen due to depression, but recently I'm getting back to normal, so I'm writing a note about my experiences with bipolar disorder and records.
