File,6 戸隠神社‐Togakushi Shrines

歩くのが好きだ。
ただ街中を歩くだけでも良いけれど、自然の中ならもっと良い。
山道なんてサイコー。
でももっと特別なのが、神の道を歩くこと。

戸隠神社は長野県の戸隠山にある、奥社・中社・宝光社・九頭龍社・火之御子社の五社からなる神社。戸隠山は日本の神話・天の岩戸伝説ゆかりの山で霊験あらたかな地で、パワースポットとしても知られている。

五社をつなぐ道が「神の道」として整備（とはいえ山道である）されている。割とコンパクトにまとまっているので、それぞれ20分くらいで歩くことができる。

宝光社、火之御子社、中社、と上がっていって、メインディッシュは最後の奥社への参道だ。樹齢400年以上のスギの並木道は圧巻でそこに入ると空気が変わり身が清められる気分になる。山道なので混みあうこともあまりなく、静かな気持ちで、心を落ち着けて奥社・九頭竜神社へと向かうことができる。

神社って私にとってはどんなアミューズメントパークよりもワクワクドキドキして、達成感もあって最高のエンターテイメントだっ！と思っている。
特にこんな風な何社巡り、なんて本当に最高だ。
おみやげ？としては普通の御朱印帳も良いのだけれど、１枚の色紙にそれぞれの御朱印をもらうのも良い。一社ごとに御朱印色紙が完成していくのも楽しいポイントなる。

戸隠五社はあまり険しい道もなく回りやすいのでおススメだ。
ただ、正直に言うと私はすこし。。物足りなかった！（神社や参道ではなく歩く距離がww)どうせなら一社行くのに１時間はかけたかったww

フルで歩くと５‐６日かかるという熊野古道をいつかがっつり歩きたい！

I love walking. Just strolling through the city is nice, but it's even better in nature. Mountain trails are fantastic. However, what's truly special is walking the path of the gods.

Togakushi Shrine is located on Mount Togakushi in Nagano Prefecture, consisting of five shrines: Okusha, Chuusha, Hoko-sha, Kuzuryu-sha, and Hi-no-miko-sha. Mount Togakushi is a sacred and miraculous place in Japanese mythology, associated with the legend of Amanoiwato, and is known as a power spot. The path connecting the five shrines is maintained as the "Path of the Gods" (though it's a mountain trail). It's relatively compact, and you can walk each section in about 20 minutes.

Ascending from Hoko-sha to Hi-no-miko-sha, the main highlight is the approach to Okusha at the end. The majestic cedar-lined path, with trees over 400 years old, is breathtaking. Upon entering, the air changes, and you feel a sense of purification. Since it's a mountain trail, it's not too crowded. You can walk peacefully, calming your mind, heading towards Okusha and Kuzuryu Shrine. For me, shrines are more exciting and fulfilling than any amusement park. Exploring multiple shrines like this is truly the best. As for souvenirs, a regular stamp book is good, but getting each shrine's stamp on a single sheet of paper is also nice. Completing one colored paper for each shrine adds to the enjoyment. Togakushi's five shrines are easy to visit without too challenging paths, so I highly recommend it. Honestly, though, I felt a bit... unsatisfied! (Not with the shrines or paths but with the walking distance, lol). If I'm going to do this, I'd have liked to spend an hour for each shrine, lol.

Someday, I really want to thoroughly walk the Kumano Kodo, which takes about 5-6 days.
