●Super easy in a rice cooker☆Basic giant hamburg steak●

This recipe is for also gluten-free, allergies (wheat, eggs, dairy products), organic, additive-free, animal welfare, and non-GMO.

This is a popular my recipe that with over 120 cook snaps.
This is the easiest hamburg steak you can make with just the inner pot of a rice cooker.
It bakes in one pass without falling apart, is hassle-free, and looks great.

What is hamburg steak?
A hamburger is usually sandwiched between two pieces of bread, but hamburg steak is a meat-only dish that is not sandwiched between two pieces of bread.
It is sometimes eaten with a simple seasoning, but in Japan, it is usually mixed with other ingredients when kneading minced meat, or seasoned in various ways.
It is a common dish in Japan, but I wrote this English version of the recipe because I wanted people overseas to know about Japanese hamburg steak.

The Japanese version of the recipe has been published on Cookpad, but for editing reasons, it has been moved to note and made independent.

●Ingredients

These ingredients are for a 5-cup rice cooker.For 3-cup cookers, extend the baking time or use half the amount of ingredients.
If there is a setting, set it to hamburg steak mode and cook.
