This is a popular my recipe that with over 130 cook snaps.

I have been publishing on Cookpad, but for editing reasons, I have moved it to note and made it independent.

◆Important points to note

Since this recipe uses a special cooking device called a rice cooker, I have written our own precautions and details on how to use the rice cooker.

●Ingredients

(I am using a 5-cup rice cooker.  If cooking in a 3-cup rice cooker, the result will be taller than in the photo.  When divided, it makes about 6-8 servings.)


【Ingredients for pudding liquid】

  • Eggs:4 to 6 eggs *

  • Sugar : 60 to 100g

  • Milk:400cc

  • Fresh cream:1 pack (200ml)

  • (Vanilla oil):Appropriate amount to taste


【Ingredients for caramel sauce】

  • Sugar + water:40g sugar + 1 tbsp water

  • Boiling water:about 2 tablespoons
