　日本の人口が減少していくことがまぎれもなく事実で、とくにZ世代に若者はやく45.7%が子供を欲しくないことがBIGLOBEの調査で分かった。なぜ子供を産まないのかを考察する。 　その中で17.7%のZ世代の若者が子供を欲しくない理由は「お金の問題」、「お金の問題以外」は42.1%だった。「お金の問題以外」の中に「育てる自信がない」「子供が好きではない」「自由がなくなる」が主だった。この調査の結果では金銭面での問題は思うほど重大ではなさそうだが、金銭面以外の支援が欠かせない。
