In this system, shares are issued to each person.

It is half like the current stock market system and half like the crowdfunding system.

You can send money from a small amount by buying shares to a person with growth potential, a person with blue-chip shares or a person you want to support.

The AI determines all the capabilities of the person you invest in.
All information that can measure competence, such as birth, education, employment history, work experience, qualifications, appearance and personality, is entrusted to the AI, without any human judgement. (The AI will learn all the data before it is used.)
There will be no silly self-promotions (false appeals), as is often the case in job hunting, and your abilities will be judged with 100% objective eyes.

The person issuing the shares (person registering with HITO Stock Systems) will indicate in advance in their profile their numerical targets and philosophy, as well as what they will return to their shareholders if they achieve their targets.

The actual degree of achievement of these targets at the present time is determined by the AI (the information used to make the decision is always reported in numerical form) and displayed in the profile section as 〇〇%.

Based on this information, investors buy and sell shares. Shares can be bought and sold from one share to many shares. (It is not clear which institution controls the infrastructure...)

This system allows the world's many good but hidden talents to be unearthed and to shine.

It is one of the more free and flexible ways of earning money, not just working.

このシステムでは、人それぞれに株が発行されるというものです。

現在の株式市場のシステムとクラウドファンディングのシステムを半分ずつ踏襲している感じです。

成長株の人物や優良株の人物、応援したい人物に対して株を買うことで少額から資金を送ることができます。

投資先の人物の能力はAIによって全て判断されます。

出生、学歴、職歴、業務経験、資格、見た目、人格などの能力を測りうる
情報を全てAIに託し、人の判断は一切加えません。
（その判断するAIはあらゆるデータを学習し切った上で、稼働させます）

また就職活動などでお馴染みの、バカバカしい自己アピール（嘘のアピール）をすることもなく、100％の客観的な目で自分の能力が判断されます。

株を発行する人（仮称：HITO Stock Systemsに登録する人）はあらかじめ数字を用いた目標や理念、そして目標達成した時に株主に対して還元するもの・ことをプロフィールで示します。

実際にその目標に対する現時点での達成度合いを、これまたAIで判断し（判断材料となる情報は必ず数値で報告）、〇〇％と、プロフィール欄に表示させておきます。

その情報を元に投資家たちは株を売買します。
株は1株から何株までも売買可能です。
（どの機関がその基盤を管理するかは不明ですが、、）

このシステムは世の中にごまんといる、優れているけど隠れてしまっている才能を掘り出すことができ、輝かせることができます。
