How do we spend in Summer?- Heat rash①-

As we have muggy/humid climate in Japan, you might get heat rash on your skin.
Hear rash is also known as prickly heat so that it often happens during the hot, humid months. When the sweat ducts in your pores become clogged, which traps perspiration beneath your skin it appears as small, itchy raised spots.
Also pregnancy itself changes your skin condition dramatically, too. It's also one of reason to easy to get.

Heat rash most commonly appears:
-between and beneath the breast
-In the crease of elbow and knee
-On the inner thighs
-On the armpits
-On around the neck
-On the around pubic area

How do we treat that or prevent to get?
