One of important things to pretend this disease is not making your body cooler especially tummy.

As long as you live in Japan, you might experience muggy and hot climate here. It makes you to have cold drinks, wear less and less clothes or turn an air conditioner on.

Not only above reasons, however, your tummy is easy to get cold even in summer.
It’s because your belly is too big to keep good posture for circulation or due to changed women hormones.

Trying these...
-Take ginger tea or warmed water regularly.
-Put belly band ( to warm your belly up with silk or wool) or leg warmers.
-Take a bath tub occasionally ( if you like it, everyday)
-Keep good posture ( natural S curve spine)
