新たな壁を

僕らは生きてきて
あらゆる壁の崩壊を見てきた

ベルリンの壁
ヨーロッパの国境
大英帝国の衰退
ソビエト崩壊

でも
僕は新たな壁の存在を見てきた
人種差別
格差
マイノリティ

壁を破壊する理想から
見えない闇の壁を作り上げる
情報があふれてくると
素顔が見えなくなっていく

僕は僕を守る壁を作る
それを大人になると教わった
相手の心の壁を開くこと
それは望ましいことだと聞いてきた

だけど
僕らは知らない壁を作りながら
どんどん、距離を離していく
君に触れたい手は
伸ばすほど素顔が見えなくなっていく
素肌に触れたいのに
冷たい金属片しか
僕に手に無い

時代を委ねてられてると言いながら
僕らは何も決められないし
変えることもできないかもしれない

だったら
新たな壁を作ろう
僕らを守る武器として

When information overflows
I'm losing sight of my true face


i build a wall to protect me
I learned that when I grew up
opening up someone's heart
I've heard it's desirable


However
While building walls we don't know
Gradually increasing distance
The hand I want to touch you
The more you stretch it, the more you lose sight of your true face
I want to touch your bare skin
only cold metal pieces
i don't have it


While saying that we are entrusted with the times
we can't decide
may not be able to change


If so
build a new wall
as a weapon to protect us
