都心の木造密集地域における長屋の街並みを残置しつつ 耐震化及び共同化を形成する手法について

IMPROVING EARTHQUAKE RESISTANCE WHILE RETAINING DENCE WOODEN
RESIDENTIAL ROWHOUSE TOWNSCAPES AND SPPORTING COMMUNITIES
IN CEMTRAL TOKYO
This paper proposes methods for promoting the rebuilding of residential districts to improve earthquake resistance while retaining the nagaya-style rowhouse communities long associated with Tokyo’s traditional downtown areas.
The paper presents reasons for preserving these communities based on urban sociological perspectives, as well as methods for facility
-ating their redevelopment in regulatory aspects; for examining the housing environment ;and for promoting urban development.
