Puddle Galaxy

I looked out at the city lights from the intersection.
It was raining, multicolored neon lights were bouncing around in puddles.
People without umbrellas mix these lights
The puddles, all white, are like the moon
on the black asphalt, illuminating the night sky.
The moon gradually fades away and eventually returns to the galaxy it was in before
