What is important when deciding on your career?

What is important for you when you decide your next career? Occupation? Benefits? Payment? Now I'm just looking for new job I'll start from April, but there are too many things I have to consider in order to decide how to spend 2 years until age 30.
 
I value three things when choosing my next job; Working for children and people from foreign countries in need, Region I live and People who I work with. I'd like to work at a non profit organization and build a safety net for people who tend to be isolated. In addition, I want to live in Kyushu or Kansai. There are many important people for me, for example, family, friends and my partner. I feel very comfortable and safe when someone close to me nearby.

While searching for a new job, I found several good  organizations. I could work to realize what I want to do there, and these workers are very kind and have the same thoughts as me. It is very attractive but these organizations are based in Tokyo and Ibaraki. I can't imagine living around Tokyo and feeling excited to work there.
 I'm struggling with not knowing what should be the priority to decide my next job. Now it is already March, I'm getting frustrated because I haven't decided on next job.

4月から関東に行くのか地元に残るのか、全く決まっていないけど、とりあえず社会福祉士の専門学校の願書を揃えた。あとは受験料を銀行で振り込んで郵送するだけ。辞退はできるし、今の場所に残る可能性として準備を進めるのもありかと。
四六時中、自分か関東に身を置くことについて頭を巡らせている。実際東京拠点のNGOの内定を一つ辞退したし、直感的には関東に行くことは何か違うのかなあ、とか。こっちにもっとやりたい仕事があったらなあ。と頭を悩ませる、3月の初め。
