英語日記#15 オススメの銭湯サウナについて　前編（堀田湯）

おはようございます。
今日は出張なので、フライトの中からの投稿になります。昨日の夜、謎の頭痛に襲われて、苦しんでいました。天気の良さとともにその苦しみから一気に解放されました。

 I'm on a business trip today, so I'll be posting from the flight.  Last night, I was suffering from a mysterious headache.  With the good weather, I was released from the suffering at once.

今日は最近特に素晴らしいと感じた2つの銭湯サウナについてご紹介したいと思います。

Today, I would like to introduce two public bath saunas that I felt were especially wonderful recently.

今私はリラクゼーション事業、レジャー事業、エンタメ事業の研究をしています。その中で、サウナの話は毎週聞くくらい今の世の中のトレンドです。

その研究の中で非常に評価が高い２つのサウナ
施設があったのでご紹介いたします。

Now I am researching relaxation business, leisure business and entertainment business.  Among them, the story of sauna is a trend in the world so much that I hear it every week.

 Two saunas that are highly rated in the study
 I would like to introduce you to the facility.

結論から申し上げると、顧客目線で徹底的に考えられていて、素晴らしい施設でした。
順番に一つずつご紹介したいと思います。

In conclusion, it was a wonderful facility that was thoroughly considered from the customer's perspective.
 I would like to introduce them one by one.

【堀田湯について】
西新井にある銭湯ですが昔からある銭湯のリノベ 施設になります。ここはサウナ業界で著名なととのえ親方が監修に入っておりますが、サウナ空間だけでなく、ブランディング含め素晴らしい施設です。外観もアイコニックで非常に印象的でした。

[About Hottayu]
 Although it is a public bath in Nishiarai, it will be a renovation facility of a public bath that has been around for a long time.  This is supervised by Totonoe Oyakata, who is famous in the sauna industry.  The appearance was also iconic and very impressive

堀田湯が特に凄いと思った特徴を三つ紹介したいと思います。

I would like to introduce three features that I thought were particularly amazing about Hottayu.

①水風呂が都内で最も深い（160センチ）
温度も絶妙で頭の先から足まで冷やす事ができ、この体験はここでしか味わえない素晴らしいものがありました。

①The deepest water bath in Tokyo (160cm)
 The temperature was exquisite, and I was able to cool down from head to toe, and this experience was a wonderful experience that can only be experienced here.

②施設全体が顧客視点で作られている
特に２つ紹介すると、一つ目はサウナの中で使うマット置き場の横にちょっとした蛇口があり、マットにサッと水をかけて洗った上で使える点です。「ここの施設の人わかってるー」どうなるポイントです。もう一つは、サウナの室内から外の水風呂の様子や外気浴の空きスペースが全て見えるようになっている事です。これによりサウナルーティンを自分のペースで刻みやすくなっています。とても考えられていて、感動しました。

② The entire facility is made from the customer's point of view
 If I introduce two in particular, the first is that there is a small faucet next to the place where the mat used in the sauna is placed, and you can use it after pouring water over the mat and washing it.  "People at this facility know what's going on."  The other thing is that you can see the outside water bath and the open space of the outdoor air bath from the inside of the sauna.  This makes it easier to carve out your sauna routine at your own pace.  Very well thought out and inspiring.


③サウナ室のロウリュが面白い
サウナストーブの上にビーカーのようなものがあり、そこに薬草が入っており、徐々にそこに水が溜まります。それにより、サウナストーブの熱で、薬草がビーカーの水に染み出し、独特なロウリュ水が出来上がります。一定の時間が経つと、柿落としのようにビーカーの水がサウナストーンに一気にかかる仕組みになっており、オートロウリュウがされます。香りも良いですし、そこをじっと見つめながらサウナの時間過ごせる瞑想的な要素もあるなと私は感じました。

(3) The steaming in the sauna room is interesting
 There is something like a beaker on top of the sauna stove that contains medicinal herbs and gradually fills with water.  As a result, the heat of the sauna stove allows the medicinal herbs to seep into the water in the beaker, creating a unique roryu water.  After a certain amount of time has passed, the water from the beaker is applied to the sauna stones all at once like persimmon removal, and auto-rorying is performed.  It smells good, and I felt that it has a meditative element to spending time in the sauna while staring at it.

思ったよりも熱が入りすぎて、日記が長くなったので、明日の後編でもう一つのおすすめ銭湯サウナ【パラダイス】を紹介したいと思います。

It turned out to be much hotter than I expected, so the diary became longer, so I would like to introduce another recommended public bath sauna [Paradise] in the second part tomorrow.
