SS16Morning Market

朝８時前に家を出る。車で２０分くらい。
セクション１６の朝市
まずは、野菜。。。親子でやってるお店
ちょっと渋いおじいちゃんと愛想のいい息子さん
喋っていた中国語が、急に英語で"Good Mornimg"
セロリ、長〜いなすび、やっぱりオクラ、さつまいもも
全部新鮮だよ〜って言ってる
Kampung telur~カンポン＝田舎の卵
それから、もやしと豆腐を買いに。。。
もやしが通じるチャイニーズのおじさん。
大きなケーキのような四角い豆腐から１RM分、切り取ってくれる。
これをマーボー豆腐にするとすっごく美味しい♪
なんだか幸せになってくる。
そしてチキンも
いっぱい買って、献立考えながら帰る。

あ〜そう言えば、しばらく行ってないな〜
ここを発つ前にまた行きたいな〜

SS16 Morning market

I left my home before 8:00am. It takes about 20mins.
Morning market in Section16.
First of all I go to a vegetable stall.
An old cool father and his friendly son are selling vegetables here.
Their Chinese suddenly changes to English when he sees me.
"Good morning!"
I find a celery, a long eggplant, ladyfingers and sweet potatoes…
Everything is fresh.
And Kampung eggs…
Then move to an another stall to buy bean sprouts and tofu.
This Chinese uncle can say "moyashi."
A big white tofu looks like a square cake.
He cuts out the 1RM amount of tofu from it when I say 1RM.
If I cook Maboudoufu using this tofu, it tastes very delicious.
I'm getting happy…
Then I also get chicken…
I buy food a lot… thinking of what I will cook(masak)tonight
while driving home.

I haven't been to a market for a while…
I want to go there again before  I leave here.
