2022.1.18《今日の聖書》ヨハネの手紙 第一
私たちが神を愛したのではなく、神が私たちを愛し、私たちの罪のために、宥めのささげ物としての御子を遣わされました。ここに愛があるのです。
神様は、人間を愛したい為に創造された。その人間を絶えず気にかけて下さる。しかし、人間は神に背くという罪を犯してしまった。神様は、その罪を赦すわけにはいかない。でも、神様の前に立つことができるようにしてあげたい。その唯一の方法がイエス様の十字架でした。ここに、神様の人間に対する大いなる愛があるのです。
今日も、主の愛の中で生かされますように・・・。

In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
God creates humans to love us. He always remembers humans. But humans have sinned against God. He cannot forgive our sins. But He wants us to stand in front of him. The only way to do so is the cross of Jesus. This is God's great love for humans.
May the Lord make us alive with his Love today as well.
