2023.1.23《今日の聖書》詩篇

『【主】は言われます。 「苦しむ人が踏みにじられ　貧しい人が嘆くから　今　わたしは立ち上がる。
　わたしは彼を　その求める救いに入れよう。」』

【詩12:5】

　時代が段々と悪くなってきます。聖書では、「敬虔な人が後を絶ち、誠実な人は消え去る」、そして、「人はへつらいの唇と二心で話します」と、書かれています。しかし、それを嘆くばかりではなく、真剣に神様に求めていくと道は開けるというのです。この詩は、3000年前のものですが、現代も時代観は変わらず、神様と人間との関係も変わらないのです。

　今日も、主のみ言葉に耳を傾けることができますように・・・。

「"For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy,
Now I will arise," says the Lord;"
　I will set him in the safety for which he yearns.」

【Psa 12:5】

　It seems that times are getting worse and worse. The Bible says that "The godly man ceases! For the faithful disappear" and that "With flattering lips and a double heart they speak." But it says that if we don't just lament it, but earnestly seek God, we will find a way. This verse was written 3,000 years ago, but the view of the times is the same today, and so is the relationship between God and man.

May we continue to listen to His Word today.
