これは、ダビデの賛美ですけど、人生に落ち込んでいる時、自分が分からなくなった時、神様が見えなくなった時、このリストを思い出してみよう。主が良くしてくださったこと。咎を赦してくださったこと。病を癒してくださったこと。いのちを贖ってくださったこと。恵みとあわれみの冠をかぶらせてくださったこと。自然とこうべが上に向くはずです。
今日も、新しい力を得ることができますように・・・。

This is David's praise. When you're depressed in your life, when you don't understand yourself, or when you can't see God, remember the following list. Good things that the Lord has done. He had forgiven our iniquities. He healed our illness. He redeemed our life. He crowned us with grace and mercy. So you will raise your head naturally.
May you be given new power today as well.
