2023.5.17《今日の聖書》詩篇

『耳を植えつけた方が　聞かないだろうか。
　目を造った方が　見ないだろうか。』

【詩篇　94:9】

　神様がなぜこの私を選んだのか、今も分からない。口も重く、舌も重く、頭も悪い、そんな私を神様は選んで救ってくださった。その意味は分からないが、救われてなかったとしたら、ゾッとする生活を送っていたことだろう。自分が何のために生まれ、生き、死んでいくのか、何処へ行こうとしてるのか、その答えは、耳も口も造られ、命の息を吹き込んでくださったお方が、私のすべてをご存じのお方が、お持ちなのです。

　今日も、創造主なる神様に目を注ぐことができますように・・・。

「He who planted the ear, shall He not hear?
　He who formed the eye, shall He not see?」　

　【Psa 94:9】

I still do not know why God chose me. I was quiet, not very talkative, and not very smart, but God chose me and saved me. I don't know why, but if I had not been saved, I would have lived a horrible life. The answer to what I was born for, what I live for, what I die for, and where I am going is in the One who made my ears and mouth and breathed into them the breath of life, the One who knows everything about me.

May we keep our focus on God the Creator today!
