2023.1.24《今日の聖書》詩篇

『私は【主】に歌を歌います。主が私に良くしてくださいましたから。』

【詩13:6】

　「主よ、いつまでですか？」と、彼は尋ねました。そして、「お忘れですか？」「お隠れになっているのですか？」と、訴えているのです。ということは、ダビデの状況がかなり悪い事が推測されます。　だけど、最後は「主が良くしてくださいましたから」と歌っているのです。そこには、主に対する信頼が揺るがないこと示しています。そして、揺るがない信頼こそがすべてを益と変えてくれるのです。

　今日も、主に信頼を寄せることができますように・・・。

「I will sing to the Lord, Because He has dealt bountifully with me.」

【Psa 13:6】

　‟How long, O Lord?” He asked. And, ‟Have you forgotten?" "Are you hiding?" He is appealing to the Lord. So we can assume that David's situation is quite bad.　But in the end, he sings, "The Lord has been good to me. ”is unshakable. It shows that David's trust in the Lord had never wavered. And it is that unwavering trust that turns everything into good.

　May we put our trust in the Lord today.
