『怠け者よ、いつまで寝ているのか。
　いつ目を覚まして起き上がるのか。』

【箴言　6:9】

　ここでの、「怠け者」は、神に対して関心がない、心を閉ざしている、拒否している人たちの事を言っているようです。そうしていると、貧しさが乏しさがやってくると言うのです。神の愛ときよさに対して、寝ぼけていると、やがて必ず訪れる「死」の時に混乱するのです。「Ⅰコリ15:34 目を覚まして正しい生活を送り、罪を犯さないようにしなさい。神について無知な人たちがいます。私はあなたがたを恥じ入らせるために言っているのです。」

　今日も、目を覚まして祈ることができますように・・・。

「How long will you slumber, O sluggard?
　When will you rise from your sleep?」

　【Proverbs 6:9】

　Here, the "sluggard" seem to be referring to those who have no interest in God, who have closed their minds and hearts, who have rejected Him. Bible says that if they do so, poverty will come to them in scarcity. If you are sleepwalking against God's love and cleanness, you will be confused at the time of "death," which will surely come in time. (I Corinthians 15:34) "Awake to righteousness, and do not sin; for some do not have the knowledge of God. I speak this to your shame."
