2023.1.9《今日の聖書》サムエル記 第一
『【主】の霊があなたの上に激しく下り、あなたも彼らと一緒に預言して、新しい人に変えられます。』
２０２３年、あけましておめでとうございます。今年初めての配信となります。今年もよろしくお願いします。
「新しい人」に変えられたのは、イスラエルの初代の王様サウルでした。そして、預言者サムエルから、「自分の力でできることをしなさい」と言われたのです。新しい年の初めに、新しい心を与えられるのは、素晴らしいことです。それを得たならば、自分の力でできることをしましょう。もしも、得ることが出来なかったら、求め続けましょう。「叩け、さらば開かれん」です。
今日も、主を慕い求め続けることができますように・・・。

It is wonderful to be given a new heart at the beginning of a new year. If you have earned it, do what you can in your own strength. If you do not get it, keep asking for it. If you don't get it, keep on asking.
