『高ぶる者は　私に罠を仕掛け
　綱で網を広げ
　道端に落とし穴を設けました。セラ』

【詩篇　140:5】

　「箴21:4 高ぶる目とおごる心。悪しき者のともしびは罪。」高ぶりや驕りは、段々と神を侮るようになり、人を人と思わず、見下すようになります。それが人生の落とし穴となります。偶像礼拝に走り、淫乱な生活に陥り、歪な人間関係になってしまいます。イエス様は言われました。「マタ11:29 わたしは心が柔和でへりくだっているから、あなたがたもわたしのくびきを負って、わたしから学びなさい。そうすれば、たましいに安らぎを得ます。」

　今日も、イエス様に学ぶことができますように・・・。
　

「The proud have hidden a snare for me, and cords;
　They have spread a net by the wayside;
　They have set traps for me. Selah」　

【Psalms 140:5】

　"Proverbs 21:4 A haughty look, a proud heart, And the plowing of the wicked are sin." Pride and arrogance gradually lead to disrespecting God, dehumanizing others, and looking down on them. It becomes a pitfall in life. It leads to idolatry, immoral lifestyles, and distorted relationships. Jesus said, "Matthew 11:29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."
