2022.5.14《今日の聖書》エペソ人への手紙

私は、神の力の働きによって私に与えられた神の恵みの賜物により、この福音に仕える者になりました。

　「私」は、使徒パウロの事ですが、彼は、家柄、能力、出自には問題なく、エリートの道を歩んでいました。しかし、イエス様に出会い、その道から踵を返してイエス様を伝えるという道に歩み始めました。１８０度の転換です。そして、彼に与えられた賜物によって福音に仕える者となったのです。
 
　今日も、主を仰ぎ見る一日となりますように・・・。

of which I became a minister according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the effective working of His power.

【Eph 3:7／NKJV】

“I” is the apostle Paul, who was on the fast track with no problems with the family, abilities, or origin. But he met Jesus, turned in the opposite direction, and began to evangelize Jesus. It was a 180 degree turn. And he became a servant of the gospel by the gift of God’s grace.
