2022.3.15《今日の聖書》エペソ人への手紙

あらゆる祈りと願いによって、どんなときにも御霊によって祈りなさい。そのために、目を覚ましていて、すべての聖徒のために、忍耐の限りを尽くして祈りなさい。

　私が救われたのは、何かを成したわけではありません。救われた後も何かができるわけでもないのです。ただ、できるのは主に祈り続けることだけです。気分が高揚しても祈り、気分が低下しても祈り、成功しても祈り、失敗しても祈り、祈れませんと言っては祈り、聖徒のために忍耐を尽くして祈りなさいと言われるのです。実に、祈りは聖霊の助けによって祈り続けられるのです。

 　今日も、祈る一日となりますように・・・。

praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints-

【Eph 6:18／NKJV】

It’s not that I was saved by doing something. Just because I was saved, doesn’t mean I can do anything. However, all we can do is keep praying to the Lord. We pray regardless of emotional ups and downs, whenever we succeed or fail, even when we can't pray, and then we must pray with patience for the saints. Indeed, our prayer continues with the help of the Holy Spirit.
