2022.3.19《今日の聖書》ローマ人への手紙
神は、あらかじめ定めた人たちをさらに召し、召した人たちをさらに義と認め、義と認めた人たちにはさらに栄光をお与えになりました。
神様は、イエス様を信じる人たちを選び、その人たちに、義すなわち神様の前に正しい人と宣言し、終末の時には、栄光の体を与えてくださるのです。まだ、与えられてはいませんが、確実なことなので、「お与えになりました」と過去形になっているのです。
今日も、神様の約束のみ言葉を噛みしめることができますように・・・。

Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.
God chooses those who believe in Jesus, declares them righteous, that means, righteous before God, and gives them glorious bodies at the time of the end. It hasn't been given yet, but it is certain, so that is written in the past tense "glorified".
May we think deeply the God's Word of promises today as well.
