2022.9.21《今日の聖書》箴言
見よ。茨が一面に生え、いらくさが地面をおおい、その石垣は壊れていた。
そこで、筆者が見たものは、怠けものの畑、良識のない者のぶどう畑でした。茨やいらくさや石垣が荒れ放題だったのです。怠けものは、「箴言23:33 少し眠り、少しまどろみ、少し腕を組んで横になる。24:34 すると、付きまとう者のように貧しさが、武装した者のように乏しさがやって来る。」労働の大切さを歌っています。普通の労働で足りる話なのです。
今日も、主の御言葉に聴くことができますように・・・。

The author saw a field of laziness, a vineyard of the undiscerning. And there it was, all overgrown with thorns; Its surface was covered with nettles; Its stone wall was broken down. The lazy man is said that Proverbs 24:33 A little sleep, a little slumber, A little folding of the hands to rest; 24:34 So shall your poverty come like a prowler, And your need like an armed man. This sings about the importance of labor. This is to say that ordinary labor is sufficient.
