幸いなことよヤコブの神を助けとしその神【主】に望みを置く人。

【詩146:5／新改訳2017】

　創造主なる神様を助けとし、創造主なる神様に望みを置く人は幸いだというのです。人間的な魅力に満ち、頼りがいのある人をリスペクトするのは、構いませんが、神のように崇拝するのは、ちょっと違うのです。礼拝すべき対象は、人ではなく、創造主なる神様なのです。

　今日も、主に依り頼むことができますように・・・。

Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, Whose hope is in the Lord his God,

【Psa 146:5／NKJV】

Blessed is the man who seeks help from the Creator God and places his hope in Him. It is one thing to respect someone who is humanly attractive and dependable, but it is a different thing to worship him or her as a god. The object of worship should be God the Creator, not people.
