2023.9.23《今日の聖書》詩篇

『まことに　しもべたちの目が主人の手に向けられ
　仕える女の目が女主人の手に向けられるように
　私たちの目は私たちの神　【主】に向けられています。
　主が私たちをあわれんでくださるまで。』

【詩篇　123:2】

　しもべたちは、必死に主人の手を追っています。それは手の動きで次の準備をしなければならないからです。水なのか、スープなのか、前菜なのか、メインディッシュなのか、デザートなのか、すべて手の動きで指示が出されるのです。神様は、スタートからゴールまでの道を示しておられるのです。それを私達がわきまえ、神様を見上げる者となりたいものです。

　今日も、主のみ旨を知ることができますように・・・。　　

「Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their masters,
As the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress,
So our eyes look to the Lord our God,
Until He has mercy on us.」　

【Psalms 123:2】

　The servants diligently follow their master's hand, as they must prepare for the next task based on his hand movements. Whether it is water, soup, appetizers, main dishes, or desserts, all instructions are given by hand movements. God is showing us the way from the start to the finish line. We should understand this and become people who look up to God.
