義のために迫害されている者は幸いです。天の御国はその人たちのものだからです。
これは、イエス様が語られた山上の垂訓の中の一節ですが、至福の教えとも呼ばれています。この幸いは、私たちが考える幸いとは違うようです。私たちは、この世的な繁栄や快楽や自慢などを考えやすいのですが、これは、神の目から見て何が幸いなのかを告げているのです。
今日も、主のみ旨に思いを巡らすことができますように・・・。

Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake,
For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
This is a passage in The Sermon on the Mount that Jesus spoke, and it is also called the Beatitudes. Being blessed may not be the same as what we think. It's easy for us to think of worldly prosperity, pleasure, and bragging. So He tells us who is blessed in the sight of God.
May we think about the will of the Lord today as well.
