2022.7.20《今日の聖書》イザヤ書
【神】である主の霊がわたしの上にある。貧しい人に良い知らせを伝えるため、心の傷ついた者を癒やすため、【主】はわたしに油を注ぎ、わたしを遣わされた。
「良い知らせを伝える」、つまり、「福音を宣べ伝える」ということですが、この「福音を宣べ伝える」という言葉は、ギリシャ語訳では、「エバンゲリオン」という一つの言葉になっている。そして、これは戦いの勝利を伝えるという意味を持っている。つまり、伝令が前線の勝利を後方に伝える時に使う言葉なのだそうです。イエス様の勝利は、今も綿々と前線から後方へと伝えられているのです。
今日も、主の霊で満たされますように・・・。

"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives,
"To preach good tidings" means "preaching the gospel". It is one word "Evangelion" in the Greek translation. And this means to convey the victory of the battle. So, this is a word used when the messenger conveys the victory of the front line to the rear. The victory of Jesus is still being conveyed from the front to the rear.
May we be filled with the spirit of the Lord today as well.
