親愛なる勝利に満ちた聖徒の皆様!

　主は私たちの人生や私たちの国に、神の力をどのようにして現わすのかを私たちに本当に教えておられます。神は、ご自身が約束してくださったものを行なうことがおできになります! 

問題は、「神が約束してくださったものを、神に行なっていただくにはどうすればよいのか?」です。

 私たちは「詩篇１４９篇」から、主がどのようにして私たちの霊的敵どもや、私たちに立ち向かってくる問題を打ち滅ぼしていかれるのかを見ていきます。

神に近づく方法（詩１４９：１〜３）。

１.私たちは神に「賛美」と「新しい歌」をもって、みもとに来なければなりません（詩１４９：１）。

２.私たちは「喜び」をもって、「祝う」ことで みもとに来なければなりません（詩１４９：２）。

３.私たちは「踊り」、また「楽器をもって神を賛美すること」もしなければなりません（詩１４９：３）。

神は今や、私たちに来てくださいます（詩１４９：４〜５）。

１.神は ご自分の民を愛し、ご自分の民を喜んでおられます（詩１４９：４）。

２.神はそうして 「私たちを、救いと解放をもって飾って」くださいます（詩１４９：４）。

３.神は次に、「新しいレベルの喜びを解き放つ ご自身の栄光」を現わしてくださいます（詩１４９：５）。

　−「栄光」とは、私たちが賛美し 祝うにしたがって私たちの上に臨む重い栄光のことです!

４.私たちの感情が かき立てられるにしたがって、「大きな音で響く歌」が解き放たれていきます（詩篇１４９：５）。

神は今や私たちのために、また私たちと共に戦ってくださいます（詩１４９：６〜９）。

１.今や私たちの口には、「神の高い賛美 High Praises of God」（KJV等。新改訳「神への称賛」）があります（詩１４９：６）。

　−「高い High」と訳されているところのヘブル語の原語は「rowanah」で、「高められること exaltation、高い」を意味します。

　−この言葉は「ramam」から派生しており、「立ち上がること、引き上げること」を意味します。

　−これは、戦いが巻き起こっている天の所に私たちを引き上げる「高い賛美 high praise 」であるのです（エペソ６：１１〜１３）。

２.「高い賛美 High Praise 」とは、「私たちの手にある もろ刃の剣」です（詩１４９：６）。

　−ヘブル４：１２には「神のことばは 力があり、鋭い両刃の剣」であると教えています。

　−イエスの口からは 鋭い両刃の剣が出ています（黙１：１６、黙２：１２）。

　−この剣は諸国の民を打ち、そしてイエスは鉄の杖をもって治めます（黙１９：１５）。

３.「高い賛美 High Praise 」は、国々を支配する邪悪な霊の支配者どもに復讐と刑罰を解き放ちます（詩１４９：７）。

４.「高い賛美 High Praise 」は、鎖で これら悪しき堕天使どもや霊どもを縛ります（詩１４９：８）。「高い賛美 High Praise 」だけが、これら国々の霊の支配者どもを縛ることができるのです。

５.聖徒たちの務めとは、これら邪悪な霊の支配者どもに 「書きしるされた さばき」を行なうことなのです（詩１４９：９）。

　−イエスがこれらの邪悪な霊の支配者どもやサタンさえも打ち負かしたと私たちが教えられている「聖書」が、私たちが宣言する書物の一つであります（ヨハネ１６：１１）。

　−もう一つの書物とは、私たちの町々や国々のための神の計画が私たちに告げ記されている「いのちの書」です。

　−私たちは、神がその書物において私たちの人生のために書き記してくださったものを見なければならず、そうして これら邪悪な霊の支配者どもを縛るために この「高い賛美 High Praise」に移り入らなければなりません。

　私たちは教会の中で、また私たちの日々の生活の中で、この「高い賛美 High Praise」の中に動き入ることができます。「栄光」が臨むまで、祝おうではありませんか。

「栄光」が臨んだのち、「サタンの王国に立ち向かう ことばを解き放つ イエスの歌」に動き入ろうではありませんか。

邪悪な霊の支配者どもから国々が自由にされるのを私たちが見るにしたがって、真のダビデの幕屋は ますます立ち上がっていきます。

Apostolic Prophetic Revelation-High Praise that Binds the Evil Spiritual Rulers!

Dear victorious saints!

　The Lord is really teaching us about how to activate the power of God to manifest upon our lives and upon our nations. God is able to do what He has promised! 

The question is, "How do we get God to do what He promised?" We will see from Psalm 149 how the Lord will destroy our spiritual enemies and our problems.

How to approach God (Ps.149:1-3)

1. We are to come with praise and a new song to God (v.1).

2. We are to come rejoicing and celebrate (v.2).

3. We are also to dance and praise Him with instruments (v.3).

God now comes to us (Ps.149:4-5)

1. God loves and takes pleasure in His people (v.4). 

2. God then crowns us with salvation and deliverance (v.4).

3. God then manifests His Glory which releases a new level of joy (v.5).
- The Glory is the weighty Glory that comes upon us as we praise and celebrate!

4. The loud song is released as our emotions are stirred up (v.5).

God now fights for us and with us (Ps.149:6-9)

1. Now the High Praises of God is in our mouth (v.6).
-The word for "High" is "rowanah", which means "exaltation and high".
- This word comes from "Ramam" which means "to rise up and lift up".
- This is a high praise that takes us up into the heavenliness where the warfare is going on (Ephesians 6:11-13).

 2. The High Praise is the two edged sword in our hand (v.6).
- Hebrews 4:12 says that the Word of God is the two-edged sword that has power and is sharp.
- Out of the mouth of Jesus comes a sharp two-edged sword (Revelation 1:16; 2:12).
- This sword smites the nations and Jesus rules with a rod of iron (Revelation 19:15).

3. The High Praise releases vengeance and punishment on the evil spiritual spirits that rule nations (v.7)

4. The High Praise binds these evil angels and spirits with chains (v.8). Only High Praise can bind these spiritual rulers of nations.

5. The job of saints is to execute upon these evil spiritual rulers the judgement written (v.9).
- One book we declare will be the Bible where we are told that Jesus defeated these evil spiritual rulers and even Satan (John 16:11).
- The other book will be the book of life where we are told of the plan of God for our cities and nations.
- We must see what God has written for our lives, and move into this High Praise to bind these evil spiritual rulers.

We can move into this High Praise in church and also in our daily lives. Lets celebrate until the Glory comes.
After the Glory comes, lets move into the song of Jesus that releases words against the Kingdom of Satan.
The true Tabernacle of David will rise up more as we see the nations get set free from the evil spiritual rulers
