I was upset

Hi I'm Keishi!
I keep a diary to learn English. Thank you for reading!
Please be patient my terrible English. haha
Today, I'll writing about being upset.

Yesterday was relatively a big day for me. So I was nervous from the morning, I didn't feel like doing anything. I couldn't focus on my daily tasks, such as reading an English book.

I knew it, that mental condition is very important to do anything. Because I couldn't even do tasks which I easily do everyday. After my big day, I can be back to do my tasks normally.

So it's important to prepare not to be upset. Learning, working out, eating a healthy dish and so on. Although I of course do my best, something always happens in our lives.

So not only preparing not to happen anything but also preparing to change our mind immediately when something happens may be important. Such as giving up earlier to do and calm down my mind.
