Today was a reasonably hectic but very productive day.

I woke up at 4:30 am to help Ichito with his studies, whereas I had gone to bed at 3:30 the day before, sent him off to tennis practice before 6:00 am, did my routine which was meditating, strength training and stretching, got my housework and work done, and then went to support Ichito's tennis tournament at Ofuna at 9:00 am.

After that I came home after noon, studied and worked, and then took a short nap, cooked dinner, ate it with Ichito, watched the F1 sprint race and qualifying together, helped him with his studies again, and went to bed around midnight.

Hoy fue un día bastante ajetreado pero muy productivo.

Me levanté a las 4:30 de la mañana para ayudar a Ichito con sus estudios, mientras que el día anterior me había acostado a las 3:30, le mandé a entrenar al tenis antes de las 6:00, hice mi rutina, que consistía en meditar, hacer ejercicios de fuerza y estiramientos, terminé las tareas domésticas y el trabajo, y luego fui a apoyar a Ichito en el torneo de tenis de Ofuna a las 9:00 de la mañana.

Después de eso llegué a casa después del mediodía, estudié y trabajé, y luego hice una siesta corta, preparé la cena, la comí con Ichito, vimos juntos la carrera de velocidad de F1 y la clasificación, le ayudé con sus estudios de nuevo, y me fui a la cama alrededor de la medianoche.
