Today was another very productive day.

I woke up with Ichito at 5:00 a.m., started by eating breakfast, cleaning our rooms, sending Ichito off to morning training for club activities, doing zazen, stretching, and strength training. And then after a little studying and work, I rode my bicycle 40 minutes to support Ichito's tennis tournament,.

In the afternoon, after I returned home I finished up some important business management matters, and cooked beef stew for dinner. Then, after Ichito got home we had dinner while talking about the tournament, watched anime, did his studying, and enjoyed watching F1 qualifying together.

In addition, throughout the day, I was also able to exchange messages with some people and image about the road that leads to the future.

I think it was a really good day.

Hoy ha sido otro día muy productivo.

Me desperté con Ichito a las 5 de la mañana, empecé desayunando, limpiando nuestra habitaciones, enviando a Ichito al entrenamiento matutino para las actividades del club, haciendo estiramientos zazen y entrenamiento de fuerza. Y luego, tras un poco de estudio y trabajo, monté en bicicleta 40 minutos para apoyar a Ichito en el torneo de tenis,.

Por la tarde, después de volver a casa, terminé algunos asuntos importantes de gestión empresarial, y cociné estofado de ternera para cenar. Después, cuando Ichito llegó a casa, cenamos mientras hablábamos del torneo, vimos anime, estudiamos y disfrutamos viendo la clasificación de F1 juntos.

Además, a lo largo del día, también pude intercambiar mensajes con algunas personas e imagen sobre el camino que lleva al futuro.

Creo que fue un día realmente bueno.
