I had the opportunity to talk with Norimasa, a classmate of mine from junior high school with whom I have been in constant and deep discussions about life and management for the past 13 years and we have been a valuable source of inspiration for each other, and I was able to gain many meaningful hints and learnings from our conversations via Zoom.
