Today, I went to the notary public's office to have the articles of incorporation of a newly established joint stock company certified. It is quite fun to go through the process of incorporation of a joint stock company for the first time in about 14 years.

Hoy he ido a la notaría para certificar los estatutos de una nueva sociedad anónima. Es bastante divertido pasar por el proceso de constitución de una sociedad anónima por primera vez en unos 14 años.
