Today was the start of Ichito's summer vacation.

Since there are various assignments for each subject during the summer vacation, I helped him to look at them in detail, think about what kind of schedule he would work on, and organize them using Notion.

One of the assignments was to interview people around him about their jobs, compile a report, and prepare a presentation, and Ichito wanted me to be the interviewee, so I immediately helped him with the interview.

I answered questions about what kind of work I do, why I do it, what I value in my work, and what I hope to achieve through my work.

Actually I am at a point in my life where I need to look back on the path I have taken, think more deeply about how to connect it to the future, and take the next step, so I answered each question by digging deep into my own mind.

I am glad that Ichito found many of the questions interesting, and I am also happy that he said, “I thought it was the same as what I always feel when I see and hear you acting and talking with various people".

I think this was a very meaningful opportunity for both of us.

Hoy empezaron las vacaciones de verano de Ichito.

Como hay varias tareas para cada asignatura durante las vacaciones de verano, le ayudé a estudiarlas en detalle, a pensar en qué tipo de horario trabajaría y a organizarlas utilizando Notion.

Una de las tareas consistía en entrevistar a gente de su entorno sobre su trabajo, elaborar un informe y preparar una presentación, e Ichito quería que yo fuera el entrevistado, así que enseguida le ayudé con la entrevista.

Respondí a preguntas sobre qué tipo de trabajo hago, por qué lo hago, qué valoro en mi trabajo y qué espero conseguir con mi trabajo.

En realidad, estoy en un momento de mi vida en el que necesito echar la vista atrás al camino que he tomado, pensar más profundamente en cómo conectarlo con el futuro y dar el siguiente paso, así que respondí a cada pregunta profundizando en mi propia mente.

Me alegro de que a Ichito le parecieran interesantes muchas de las preguntas, y también de que dijera: «Me pareció lo mismo que siento siempre que te veo y te oigo actuar y hablar con varias personas».

Creo que ha sido una oportunidad muy significativa para los dos.
