・My name is Junichi Tobaru, I'm a Japanese CPA and I work in Tokyo supporting startup companies.
・The experience of my career led me to the idea of creating a web service to manage back-office support contracts for entrepreneurs, based on the concept of Time Investment.

Self introduction

　My name is Junichi Tobaru. I am a Japanese CPA working in Tokyo, provide support services for start-up companies, act as an auditor for AI-related venture companies, and provide accounting consulting services by myself.

Awareness through my own work.

Through my own work, I have noticed the following about kind of relationships between startups and back-office operations, back-office operations and and web services.

Startup companies and back office operations
・Startup companies also need people to do back office work. However, there is not so many tasks which need full time back office worker.
・There are not many people who want to work in the back office of a start-up company of which business has just started. However, it is desirable to have someone who share the vision of the company to work in the back office.
・Since almost none of the founding members had any experience in back-office operations, they don't not know what to do or what they does not know.
・In general outsourcing, the stance of workers is to do what the company tells he/she to do, but founding members can't tell him/her what to do because they don't know what to do. If possible, I would like someone who can build the operation by him/herself is preferable.

Back Office Operations and Web Services
・There are many web service tools available for labor, accounting and another back office tasks. And tools to improve efficiency is becoming more and more available.
・However, it's hard to use those tools correctly for people without experience because they don't know what to do or what they don't know (the founding members of startup company will have to deal with tools while studying back office operations, but I'd rather they spend their time on expanding the business than on that).

I wish I could do something like this: Create a system in which investments made in back-office operations will generate significant returns when the company grows

I've been thinking about this.

The concept of Time investment

The back office support agreement described above was based on the following concept.
・The act of providing business services to a newly established start-up company is considered as investing your time in the company.
・You want a return on your investment of time, don't you?
・I think that stocks and SOs are a lot of hassle to start with and afterwards.
・Even if the person leaves the company in the middle of the process (before the IPO, M&A exit, etc.), it is better to be paid for the contributions made along the way and both parties can say goodbye to each other happily.

In order to achieve the following objectives, I would like to start the " Time Investment, Inc." project.

Will develop a web service that makes it easy to use the back office support contract for entrepreneurs mentioned above for both entrepreneurs and those with back office experience.
