WANTED: Part-time job at "Online Exchange Program" as an International Tutor (5Days - 1-2H/D)

What is the" Online Exchange Program"?
Online Exchange Program (OEP) has been started at a middle school in Ie Island, Okinawa, in 2022 as an alternative plan for an actual exchange program hosted by a local newspaper company.
Due to Covid-19, the exchange program had/has been canceled and the very first OEP had been taken place from 15-19th Aug 2022.
Through OEP, we are providing creative English language learning opportunities such as;
Intensive English language communication training for Japanese students
15mins x3 "Group talk" with International Tutors
Interactive "Online SG/Australia Tour" hosted by International Tutors
Interactive "Online Japan (School) Tour" hosted by Japanese Students
It aims at enhancing Japanese students' understanding of cultural differences, cultivating motivation to learn the English language, and providing opportunities to consider global career paths including studying abroad.
Additionally, we also value creating/sharing dividends of memories beyond distance and culture among all students getting involved.
OEP2022 at Ie Junior High School
In 2022, OEP has been taken place in Ie Island, Okinawa JAPAN targeting 13 middle school students in Ie Junior High School.
When I "met" an International Tutor via Zoom at Group Talk on Day 3, I was very nervous and confused, not knowing what to say. But all of the tutors spoke to me not only in English but in Japanese as well so I could feel relieved and relaxed. It was a great experience for me as I do not often have a chance to talk with people from overseas whom I don't know well. It was really fun and was one of the great memories of my summer vacation!
Since we could run through our School Tour fully in English, I am so filled with a sense of accomplishment. Honestly, this program seemed to be a bit tedious before I join, but after experiencing the entire program, I enjoyed it so much.
I have to admit that I became emotional to see Japanese students changing through the program, and was moved by the student's efforts in the "Online Ie Junior High School Tour".
Job Description: International Tutor
We are looking for students living in Australia or Singapore who can join us as International Tutor regarding OEP hosted in August 2022.

◾️Job Brief
OEP has two major parts which require International Tutors' commitment;
Group Talk
Online SG/Australia Tour
(1) Group Talk
We would like to provide Japanese students opportunities to interact with International Tutors by using English phrases/questions and playing quizzes they prepared beforehand. One session as Group Talk is 15mins each and it consists of one International Tutor and 2-3 Japanese students. We would like International Tutors to lead the conversation and interact with all Japanese students.
(2) Online SG/Australia Tour
As the OEP aims at enhancing Japanese students' understanding of cultural differences, we would like International Tutors to showcase where they are living right now as Online Tour. We will support how/where to showcase with more details in Tutorial(1). The tour itself is ideally maxed 20mins.
◾️Requirements
Proficiency in the English language
Passion for supporting and interacting with Japanese middle school students
Availability for 5Days as below
Tutorial(1): Sat 15th July / JPT19:00-20:00
Tutorial(2): Sat 5th Aug / JPT 15:00-16:00
Online Exchange Program:
Thu 16th Aug / JPT 14:00-15:00 *tentative
Thu 17th Aug / JPT 14:00-15:00 *tentative
Thu 18th Aug / JPT 14:30-15:30 *tentative
