今回は、前回に引き続いて上智大学直営寮利他的リーダーシッププログラムDay4の模様をお届けします。

We are the Altruistic Leadership Program office.
This time we introduce Day 4.

利他的リーダーシッププログラムとは？
 | What is Altruistic Leadership Program?

利他的リーダーシッププログラムは、ゼロ・ウェイストのまち、徳島県の上勝町を舞台に社会課題の解決のために私たちができることはなにか、利他的な思考をチーム活動を通して身に付け、実践的に学ぶことができるプログラムです。
また全4回のプログラム終了後、希望者に対して東京近郊でフィールドワークが開催される予定です。

Altruistic Leadership Program is to learn what we can do to solve social issues in the Zero-waste town, Kamikatsu town, Tokushima Prefecture.
The program is a practical program to learn altruistic thinking through team activities.After finishing all four sessions, applicants can go to fieldwork in the Tokyo area if they wish.

Day 4の今回は、受講生2名による最終発表と講師陣によるフィードバックを行いました！

Day 4, two students gave their final reports, the lecturers gave feedback!

持続可能なツーリズムとは？｜
What is susutinable tourism？

受講生2名による最終発表では「どのように若者を上勝町に呼び込むか」をメインテーマとし、それぞれ解決策を再度提示しました。
前回、SNSや交通広告を使い地域の宣伝をすることや、有名な人に旅行をしてもらい話題性を集めること、国内の旅行会社と協力を行い観光ルートの開拓と優遇サービスを提供することなどの案が提示され、今回は前回行われたフィードバックを元に更にパワーアップした案が発表されました。
上勝町特有の環境から、透明性の高い監督・調査システムの構築、地元商店への観光客受け入れ、環境保全推進に関する研修・指導、ニーズ確保を前提とし、観光客などに地場産品活用などの内容を含んだ原則をかす事また、交通機関に再生可能エネルギーを使用する事などが提案されました。

In the final presentation by the two students, the main theme was "How to attract young people to Kamikatsu" and they each presented their solutions again.
In the previous presentation, the students presented ideas such as using social networking and traffic advertisements to promote the area, having famous people travel to the town to create a buzz, and working with domestic travel agencies to develop tourism routes and offer preferential services.
This time, a more powerful proposal was presented based on the feedback from the previous session. Based on the unique environment of the town of Kamikatsu, it was suggested that a highly transparent supervision and survey system be established, local shops be open to tourists, training and guidance be provided on the promotion of environmental conservation, and, on the premise that needs are secured, a principle be put in place that includes the use of local products by tourists and others, and the use of renewable energy for transport. The use of renewable energy for transport was also proposed.

参加者の感想| Comments from participants

• 今回のプログラムで学んだことをこの先も生かしていきたい。私のリサーチは十分ではなかったと思うが、環境問題について自分の視野を広げることができた。日本のいろいろなところへ行き、環境問題、持続的観光について考えを深めていきたい。

• プログラムに参加するまえは、四国について何も知らなかった。リサーチを通して四国についてよく知ることができた。プレゼンテーションを作ることは難しかったが、いい経験になった。

• I want to take advantage of what I learned in this program. I think my research wasn't enough, but I was able to broaden my perspective on environmental issues. I would like to visit various places in Japan to deepen my thoughts on environmental issues and sustainable tourism.

• I didn't know anything about Shikoku until I joined the program. I learned a lot about Shikoku through research. Making the presentation was difficult, but it was a good experience.
