夢のような一連の出来事。sequenceのイメージは決まったものが続いていく感じです。
楽器のシーケンサーは決まった規則の音を繰り返しますね。

原作では、顔にできた青いあざと表現していましたが、英訳では「ほっぺたの上の奇妙な青いマーク」という婉曲な表現となってます。英語には「あざ」という概念がないのか？と思って調べるとbruiseという言葉があるみたいです。
もしかすると、ネガティブな身体的特徴をなるべく避けるという文化故の婉曲表現なのかも知れません。

バットで叩く。ビートを叩くって、ドラマーは言いそう？な気がしますが、beat a beat ってなるんですかね？また、打ち勝つこともbeatと表現するみたいです。

待ち伏せする。初めて出会った単語でしたが、FPSガチ勢には常識なんでしょうか？

その歌手とはrecognizeの箇所で説明した男です。彼をフォローして（追って）いったら待ち伏せ攻撃でバットの一撃を喰らいます。
