Coco: I visited the company’s research institute with my seniors the other day, and we were able to tour the exhibition room and discuss the contents of the work. I was able to think about HR work from a business perspective that I don’t usually get involved in, so it was a good experience.
Sam: That must have been a good experience. What kind of work did you discuss about specifically?
Coco: I basically presented the issues I felt regarding the operation of the evaluation system and the employment of people with disabilities.
I asked for their opinions on how they felt about the issues.
Sam: It would be great if we could incorporate their opinions into our work.
