Thoughts of 声と現象

Day10:This concludes my 3rd book introduction.

Author:Jacques Derrida

He was a philosopher who attempted to deconstruct the Logos-centrism of Western metaphysics.

Metaphysics is a branch of study or philosophy that takes the world beyond the senses or experience as true existence and tries to recognize the universal principles of that world through rational thought.

The opposing term is materialism.

Why I bought a difficult-looking book because Hikaru Utada-sama said she was reading it. That's all.

By reading Husserl, Derrida fundamentally rethought what it means to "read" and what it means to "write.

Husserl was a philosopher who established phenomenology as one of the mainstream of modern philosophy. A Jewish German, he converted from Judaism to Evangelical Christianity in 1886.

It's not futsal. It is Husserl.

I haven't read the contents properly yet.

Strictly speaking, I read part of what is written on the front and back covers. It's a horrible book that I find difficult to get through on its own.
