Petit Fasting Trip
Today, I am going to an inn in Izu Kogen for a petit fasting experience.
I usually start my English conversation at 8:00, but today it has been changed to 7:30~. I am sleepy. But I'm excited about this 3-day/2-night program!
In the past, I had a one-day petit fasting experience in Hakone. As I find hunger more painful than anything else, it is difficult for me to fast completely.
But because I love to eat, I have to make sure that I don't make mistakes in what I eat, how much I eat when I eat, what I eat, and how I eat it, or I will lose control of my health.
Eating should be done every day. Once bad habits are developed, it is a challenge to get back to healthy habits.
Recently I am not in bad shape, but my weight has increased dramatically after working from home for several years, and my physical activity and basal metabolism have decreased.
I was beginning to have a sense of crisis about the aging phenomenon I felt short of breath after just a short walk, gray hairs suddenly sprouted, and my double-width sagged.
When I measured my body age on a scale, I found that I was 45 years old (!).
I began studying to become a fatigue recovery instructor, and my physical ailments quickly disappeared.
I have tried yoga, moxibustion, cupping, and many other things, but this may be the most effective thing I have ever done.
Once again, I realized the importance of properly resting the brain and intestines and recovering from fatigue.
Recently, I had been trying to lose weight without straining and get healthy by restricting my diet, stretching, and walking, but I realized how hard it was to restrict my diet and decided to knock on the door of a petit-fasting Inn.
Tomorrow I will write a report on my experience.
