Deep Fried Foods Are Seriously Good or Bad For Our Health?

Three worst reasons of the deep fried foods being said the evil things for human being.


1. Omega 6 that using for cooking.
This oil makes us not to stop eating like a bad habit. It is because when you eat it, it will make an inflammations in your inner body. And the result will be aging too fast.
Solution: use an oils that hardly oxidized one such as, an olive oil or a lard or a coconut oil.


2. Gluten that is included in a flour used for deep fried chicken or fish or Tempura etc.
It is so famous that Gluten does bad thing to digestive system.
Solution: In my opinion that unless you have any allergy, you don’t need to be afraid of it. Just make it shortage for being able to maintain your health. However, if you feel afraid it even, you can change them to potato starch or Armand powder for substitutes.


3. AGEs(Advanced Glycation End products) is for the last.
When you cook with grill or deep fry something, it will come up and make you aging or causing diabetes. Especially, when grilling a meats strongly appearing.

It comes from Stanford University researched over 3,000 men’s clinical history and got the results of a person who eats deep fried foods more than once in a week increases prostate cancer risks significantly. It’s been said that association of cancer and deep fried foods since the researches have been developed, it is even proven by epidemiology data.
