スーパーブルームーン August in Kyoto : Super Blue Moon

八月の京都
今日も日中はとても暑かったですが、少し風もあり、じっとりへばりつく汗はましになりました。
そして夜は、13年ぶりの「スーパーブルームーン」。
月が1年で最も大きく見える「スーパームーン」と、ひと月に2回目の満月となる「ブルームーン」が重なった夜、お月さんが大きくきれいに見えました。
昼間の暑さを忘れて見とれていました。

It was scorching hot during the daytime once again, but there was a little breeze that made the sticky sweat more bearable.
Then, in the evening, we had a 'Super Blue Moon,' for first time in 13 years. It's a night when the 'Supermoon,' which is when the moon appears largest in the year, coincides with the 'Blue Moon,' which is the second full moon in a single month. The moon appeared big and beautiful in the sky, and I couldn't help but be mesmerized, completely forgetting about the daytime heat."
