I agree with the opinion that maintaining public safety is more important than respecting citizens privacy, because of its features, social role and convenience.

私も、その特性、社会的役割、利便性から、国民のプライバシーの尊重よりも治安の維持の方が重要であるという意見に賛成です。

First, and one of the most feature of public safety is that it is requirement of each citizens private safety. Without public safety, private safety is not insured. If that's not true it is not justifiable that police obtain many information from many people who related to each incidence.

Second, many companies in public associations have already required uncountable amount of private information for protecting public safety. In fact, most of us push "approve button" when we need arrovement to use online services. This means that most people admit to give their private information nine order to protect public safety.

Third, big data which is generated from accumulated private information helps society. Today, thanks from AI technologies, many companies have started to use big data to make our daily life more convenient. No one can stop the current movement because private information create huge amount of value to all over the world.

For the reasons I mention above, I agree with the issue that maintaining public safety should be prioritized than respecting citizens privacy.
