日本の教育にはお金も人材も足りていません

1 　過去 30 年間、日本は適切な教育内容が不足しているため、長い不況に陥っています。

2 　日本の教育に費やされるお金の割合は、他の先進国の平均と比較して 3 分の 1 です。

3 　ますます新しいカリキュラムが導入されていますが、古い学習内容はすべて残っています。
 

     Education is one of the fundamental roles in keeping people away from bad manners in their society and giving people a way to live happy healthy lives. However, Japanese education is not working well nowadays because of a lack of adequate resources and supports for money, curriculum management, and social skills.

　教育は、人々を社会の悪いマナーから遠ざけ、幸せで健康的な生活を送る方法を人々に与えるための基本的な役割の 1 つです。しかし、日本の教育は、十分なリソースと資金、カリキュラム管理、および社会的スキルのサポートが不足しているため、今日ではうまく機能していません.
 
     Primary, in the past three decades, Japan has been in a long depression because of a lack of adequate superior content. If Japanese education was successful, our society had changed in a good way, but Japanese workers' salaries haven't risen since the end of the Showa era. This fact has shown that there is not enough support and investment in education.

 　第一に、過去 30 年間、日本は適切な優れたコンテンツが不足しているため、長い不況に陥っています。日本語教育がうまくいっていれば、社会はいい意味で変わっていたのですが、実は日本の労働者の給料は昭和の終わりから上がっていません。この事実は、教育への支援と投資が十分でないことを示しています。

     Second, the rate of money which is spent on Japanese education is one-third compared with other developed nations' average. This indicates that the Japanese government doesn’t invest in education compared to other nations. Indeed, Japanese result on the PISA test is not bad, however, the creative part of them is inadequate. Japan should more focus on education creativity and spend money they support it.

 　第二に、日本の教育に費やされるお金の割合は、他の先進国の平均と比較して 3 分の 1 です。この事実は、日本政府が他国に比べて教育に投資していないことを示しています。確かに、日本人のPISAテストの結果は悪くないのですが、クリエイティブな部分が不十分です。日本は教育の創造性にもっと焦点を当て、それを支援するためにお金を使うべきです。

     Last, More and more new curriculums are installed, but all older contents are retained. This results in the situation that many teachers have quitted because of its hard-working environment. Japanese education should be more alleviated and focused on growing core skills.

　最後に、ますます新しいカリキュラムが導入されますが、古いコンテンツはすべて保持されます。そのため、過酷な環境を理由に多くの教師が離職する事態となっています。日本の教育はもっと緩和され、コアスキルの成長に焦点を当てるべきです。

     For these reasons mentioned above, Japanese education should be invested in at least the standard of other developed nations. I believe that the current education lacks adequate resources and support.

　以上の理由から、日本の教育は、少なくとも他の先進国の水準に合わせて投資されるべきです。現在の教育には十分なリソースとサポートが不足していると思います。
