「ぐるる」のインタビュー記事（https://note.com/globalrr/n/nf8e429cbe52b）でご紹介したエリザベス（リサ）リャンさんによるワークショップを今月、東京で開催します！
ワークショップの概要：
文化や社会の狭間で生きてきたご自身の「物語」を文字あるいは音声で伝えることによって、自身についての理解をより深めるとともに周囲に広めるために、「自分語り」の第一歩を踏み出すための手助けとなるワークショップです。
TCKをはじめとして多文化の中で育ってきた人々の多くが共通して経験するのは、排除されたり疎外されたりする中で、自分が変であったり普通でないと感じたり、周囲に合わせ、適応し、同化していくことが必要だと感じることだろう。
だが自分がほかの人とはまったく異なる経験をしてきた「異人(alien）」だと思い込んでしまいがちだからこそ、「自分はひとりではない、仲間がいるんだ」と感じることが必要だ。そしてそのために、「自分の物語を語ること」が役に立つ。
リサは言う。
「自分だけの独特のバックグラウンドや体験から生まれたワクワクするような冒険や苦しみ、悲しみ、喜びや混乱、そういうものを語れば、それはほかの人にも伝わるんです。あなたの物語をわかってくれるだけでなく、あなた自身のことを理解してくれるでしょう」
ワークショップでは、リサさんからいくつかの短いプロンプト（きっかけとなる話題、テーマ）が提示され、皆さんにはそれに従ってご自身の経験についてその場で正直なことばを綴っていただきます。皆さんがそれぞれ自伝や一人芝居、スピーチ原稿やエッセイを書きはじめる（あるいは書き続ける）ための一歩として、自己探究と創造性を刺激するものとなります。ご自身が書いたものを互いにシェア（公表する）こともできますが、シェアしないことも自由です。シェアしていただければ、より豊かなストーリーとするためにさらに質問やプロンプトが提示されます。
（場を温めるための最初のいくつかのプロンプトについては、シェアしていただきます。）

会場：東京・目黒区の自由が丘近辺。
参加費：PayPal払いでお一人US$50、または現金払いで¥7,000。
（リサさんの旅費の足しにするほか、彼女が行う一人芝居第２作の制作費に充てられます）

It is quite common for TCKs and intercultural people to experience feeling isolated, alienated, that they are strange, not normal, and need to adapt and assimilate. It is also common that it is difficult to tell one's background and not start a tiresome conversation.
But Lisa tells us, "Through telling and sharing those experiences, we can connect with so many people beyond our expectations. You will find that it will be relatable and resonant to people you never expected it to."
She also holds workshops for those who want to tell their own stories.
SHE WILL BE VISITING TOKYO AND DO A WORKSHOP HERE!
Lisa will lead you through short writing prompts that spark spontaneous, truthful writing about your lives, which can help you begin (or continue) working on a memoir, solo show, keynote, or essay. It blends self-exploration with creativity. Anyone who wants to share their answers can do so, but no one is required to, except for the first questions (which break the ice). When you share, she will ask you questions to help pull out richer details.
