Authentication error

I'd love to share something funny story today.

I saw a doctor to get a shot for a migraine in the morning.
While I was waiting for my turn, a woman in her 50s came and talked to the clerk with a loud voice.

When she went to the other clinic and tried to check in with her "My number card" like an ID, the machine didn't recognize her.
She tried again and again, but the results were the same.

I was curious about her story, so I pricked my ears up.
According to her, although she made up when she took the photo for ID, she didn't apply makeup when she wasn't distinguished.

I wonder how she disguised herself!
Has any other person experienced that?

I love this clinic because the doctor is very kind, and I have a lot of opportunities to meet funny people there.
